SPU Flight Academy is one of the largest and oldest flight academies in Scandinavia. We are based at Säve airport in Gothenburg. We offer several training programs both for airplane and helicopter pilots. We enroll a combination of Swedish and international students.

Job description:

As Operations coordinator (OP) you will coordinate the daily activities at the flight school.
This includes booking students, instructors and aircrafts onto lessons and flights. This is done by using email, telephone and our planning system FlightLogger. The position also includes administrative tasks and coordination with our external customers.
The position as OP has scheduled working hours of 30 hours a week (75%). If you are
interested in more scheduled working hours (100%) there is an opportunity to work with the following (previous experience is required):

• Simulators (FSTD)
• Graphic Design
• Social Media

Job requirements:

To qualify for this position you need to be able to handle different types of situations and people. The nature of the position includes being able to handle several tasks at the same time and with little or no guidance making sure that required tasks are being done. You also need to be structured and have professional working proficiency in both English and Swedish.

We want to find someone who wants to stay with us for a long time. Therefore a lot about the job can be learned on site, however it is beneficial if you have experience from:
● Scheduling
● Customer support
● Administration
● Project management
● Other working experience within the aviation industry
