About us

SPU Flight Academy is one of the largest and oldest flight academies in Scandinavia. We
are based at Säve airport in Gothenburg. We offer several training programs both for
airplane and helicopter pilots. We enroll a combination of Swedish and international
students
.

Job description:

As one of our flight instructors you will train our students both in the air and in the classroom. Our students are enrolled both in integrated and modular programs. As one of our instructors you have several ways to further develop your skills. The school offers several training courses for flight instructors, this in turn means that you with experience will have the opportunity to train new flight instructors. There are also opportunities in the managerial path, with experience we see a natural progression towards a position as assistant CFI/CTKI.

Who are you?

To qualify for this position, you should possess a great interest in aviation and educating
others. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain a high quality of instruction and
have the ability to adjust their teaching style to the individual student. Furthermore we expect
that you are safety minded and can work well with others.

Job requirements

● EASA CPL(A)
● Medical class 1
● FI(A)
● Speaks and writes English fluently

Details:

Type of employment: On-call employment with workload equivalent to 40 hours per week
Salary: Hourly wage
Working hours: Standard office hours
Place of employment: Gothenburg, Säve airport
Starting date: As soon as possible
